My diary game 11/5/2021
Hello steemians, happy new beginning of the week to all. May God bless us all.
I woke up this morning at 6:02 am, committed the day into God's hands and then jump down from the bed. I made up my bed and then took some few dresses I wore to the farm yesterday and washed. At 7:01, I undressed, took my bath and brush my teeth. I then warm the remaining food in the house and ate. I left the house at 7:32 and went up to the road to take a bike to work.
ON MY WAY TO THE ROAD TO GET A BIKE
I arrived the hospital at 7:50 am, signed in and went directly to my office to start work. I changed and put on my uniform, my batch and my hospital shoe ready for work.
IN MY OFFICE
I took an empty typing paper, and went round the whole hospital to do my weakly statistics. Being the assistant focal person of the hospital, I need to review all the registers of the hospital every beginning of the week and at the end of the month to be able to detect the diseases which strick the population of that area. By so doing, the ministry of public health will be able to come out with remedies to control that disease. ( Example malaria, if malaria is prominent in an area, a campaign to share long lasting mosquito net will be lunched). Another reason for review of registers is to completely eliminate measles, neonatal tetanus, yellow fever and paralysis. In a situation where one person is registered with any of these diseases, we declare it as a state of emergency (pandemic disease). The reason why the ministry of public health lunch vaccination campaign for poliomyelitis, measles and yellow fever.
REVIEWING THE REGISTERS.
After I review the registers, I analyse the information gotten and send it to the website of the ministry. This has to be done before 12noon. The disease sticking our environment now is the Corona virus. I went to the covid center and collected statistics to equally review and send to the ministry. By 1pm, I was through with all what I had to do.
I left the hospital at 2:28pm to go to main market to buy a loin. When I got there, rain block me. I did not fine what I love. I waited for the rain to reduce and finally left the market at 4:36pm to go to food market. I finally saw something good and left the market at 5:14 pm.
THE LOIN I BOUGHT
As I got home, I immediately took my bath and put on warm clothes. My neighbor brought me fufu corn and vegetables. I ate and went to bed at 7:55pm.

Your day I great. I enjoy your work so well. Medical statistician but go and edit the time you arrived work it's conflicting with the time you left the house
