Hello my friends greetings and welcome to this new week full of plenty of energy and enthusiast. It's been quite a week or two I haven't drop something in this community, so I guess I found out I have to so I do it right away.

It's been quite a tight schedule for me as i hard to struggle with lot of physical activities completely overlapping the online activities including social media but I'm happy the heat is low now so I bring to you my diary on Me attending a Pedagogic seminar for science teachers.

As we know especially those in west Africa, most schools kick their doors open this September 2022 as it's been 3 weeks already. I as a tutor is consent on my students having the best of education ever so I strive to give this future leader the best I have.

A Pedagogic seminar is usually hold at the beginning of each year to foster and enhance the educational system and make it better for the learner.

So the ministry of secondary education is in charge of drafting seminars with help to direct and instill tutors across the country to empower their teaching-learning process.

The theme of this seminar was titled: Reinforcing the capacity of science teachers in the use of CBA in the teaching-learning process.

So my diary is categories with this set of activities.

• Arrival at seminar
• A word from the Regional Pedagogic inspector.
• Theme of and Sub theme of the seminar.
• Presentation of a lesson on CBA In application.
• Closing remark.

The seminar was scheduled to comprise all sciences teachers in the Litoral region of Cameroon. The Avenue holding the seminar was Government Bilingual High SChool Deido.

Meeting time was set to 9:00 Am. So at this time the seminar had begone and first by a word of prayer from a colleague, the followed by singing of the national anthem.

Next we all had a word from the Regional inspectors in various sciences and the then the various workshops were separated to the various discipline in the science scope.

I belong in the mathematics department, my workshops was base on the various ways to use CBA to enhance teaching learning process.

At the workshop, we had a word of welcome From the regional Pedagogic inspector for mathematics and then we discuss on the common problems faced in the classroom and there after, we share our opinions openly on what can be done to better the teaching of mathematics.

The next step, a colleague was called up to present a lesson on CBA in full application, from her presentation, we all share our opinions on what was cool and what ought to have been added in the presentation.

Afterword, Some colleagues were giving the opportunity to present their workbooks in mathematics and after that, we concluded the day by taking a unity photo with the RPI to conclude the seminar.

After the seminar, I immediately board a taxi back home.

I will conclude by saying it was a great seminar as I learn a lot through interactions with different colleagues in my domain also on the points hint out by the RPI .

The seminar was a success and behold am applying what I learnt new this year in my classes already and it's working great.
