The difference between theory and pratical at the jobsite
Praticle is that knowledge we gain from the field that remains in us forevermore in praticle aspect .we learned the fact of what we see in reality in the field if you enjoy your education you will not be nevouse for whatever we acquired from our studies , today out education of Cameroon need a praticle approached as it gives learner's an exposure of learning ,
Praticle studies are important as they are certain concept that requires us doing and experiencing it at the field as we put it as internship, praticle studies are important to have a deep understanding of concept through the act of personal experience
Theoritical learning is what the knowledge is about and praticle application is how the knowledge learn through theory.theory can be implemented in real life situation
Theory teaches us about the experience of others while praticle is for you to build a particular task through your own experiencing it as with praticals
Theory is something that is intangible whiles praticle is tangebl that requires our present
From the above difference in this our country Cameroon 75% of workers are having but certificate not even experience in what they claim to we have decree holder in this country that can not defend their own certificate since all they know is just having the certificate coming back home we have series of unfortunate people who when they hear of a job can you do it ,their answer will be yes I can do it I had done it before but when we get to the field it is a different story
A good example can be seen from a friend of mine that last time that I was at the chantir to work this friend of mine claim he can mold 250 block a day he used to do it back days in the village but when we are at the he filed this guy can not even mold a block that can be that encouraging he claims he is the best but rather he can't do anything I know how sad it is when someone assure you of something but you later found out he doesn't have any ideas on that

Theory is always different and looks easy but practical is reality

Wow what a great write up. When I look at students now I really pity them. Many know how to read well but have no skills. I think it’s time we get practical skills than relying on theory
