I was at home cooking our local delicacy banana poridge (Utoboro) commonly known by Akwa Ibom people, the food is cooked mainly when desire to eat, it's not a regular food that people cook on daily basis.
So I'm going to educate you on how to cook Utoboro you can also call it banana poridge

Prepare and your ingredients put them inside cooking pot and add sizable water and put it on fire, allow it to boiled properly because cutting your banana paste into small balls and drop inside the boiled water and fire should be adequate
I want to say that this is the most difficult stage in preparing banana poridge because cutting the paste into small balls until all the paste is empty usually take time and the heat of the fire is usually disturbing especially when using fire wood to cook.
Lastly , when you are done cutting the paste allow it to properly boiled before adding your Palm oil, your delicious banana poridge is ready

After I was done cooking, I had my bath and dressed up to attend evening program in the church because were having one week strech fasting and prayer that we usually summarize in church every evening.
I really had an awesome day at home and in God's presence.
