The dairy game season 3. 24/09/2021

Greetings everyone, I hope you all had a wonderful week and a wonderful day as well, as for me, it has been a challenging week but then, I thank God for grace and strength. I will love to share my day with you people and some of the things I did today.
First, I woke up at 7 am, said a word of prayer and then started up with some house chores. I cleaned the house and did some laundry. I already had everything planned out because I wanted to get everything done on time.
When I was done with the cleaning and laundry at 10 am, I made breakfast for myself since I live alone. I prepared pancakes and garnished it with some spicy fish and egg sauce. It's quite a heavy meal, and I took that with some milk shake.

When I was done, I immediately tried to figure out something delicious I could prepare for myself as my lunch and supper, so I came up with the idea to prepare Ekpwang. Some people may find it challenging to prepare this meal alone and that's because it's quite stressful when you are alone. As for me, it's not really a problem because cooking is my hobby and I prefer doing this things alone since am already used to.
I went to the market at 1pm and bought cocoyams and the leaves, I had all the other ingredients at home and some in the fridge. When I got back it took me like 1h 30 minutes to prepare everything and I took another 30 minutes to wrap the Ekpwang. So, by 3:30pm, i put the pot on the fire and by 5:15pm,the food was ready. While the food was on the fire, i cleaned up the house again and took my bath. By 6pm,i had two plates of Ekpwang and I was very satisfied. I am presently resting and watching a movie while writing my dairy game and by 9pm, I will pray and retire to bed

Its been a long and stressful day but I thank God for the strength to do all what I had planned doing today.
