Solving all Family Problems is Impossible.

Dear steemit family, the feeling of being a prodigal daughter is not a beautiful story to tell. I am happy to be back in the platform. Immense thanks to @chiabetrand my nunus cupcake and @chan my sheforshe sister for lighting back my lamp. Let's begin with looking at some family matters. In life, there are some moments,that problems will prob up and you will not be able to solve them even as a family head or as an eldest member I the family. Some problems will be such that you cannot solve but will only attempt a temporal solution to it. Family problems never gets finished. As an elderly family member, it is important to note that you cannot solve all family problems.

When confronted with many family issues, put them in a scale, weight them psychologicaly and select which is most important and urgent to solve at a time. if need be ,share the responsibility of solving the problems or tackle one problem at a time, if you have to handle all by yourself. Note that it is very difficult to solve every problem. no one has a solution to their problems. Attempting to solve ever problem you encounter as a family head is an indirect way to bring stress upon your life and increase your blood pressure when you are unable to meet up.

Some of the problems that you will encounter at the family level is that, someone who feels that he or she is powerful and rich than you are will always attempt to fight to be in your position as the the elder person in the family. This will bring a second problem which will be that; they will talk about you, gossip about you, and look for ways to bring you down, especially if you cannot measure up with them financially. As a family head your, you will face problems from your in-laws. They will either make demands or request that you cannot meet, or they will take decisions without seeking your opinion. When this happens focus on building and keeping your family together.

Do not seek for attention or try to meet public expectations of you. Stay at your own level and uphold your rights. If people continually want to fight your position as the head of the family, do what you know is right and leave them to tussle over the little things. That is a sign that they have nothing beneficial to work for. Stay at your lane and do what you can. But know that, no one has ever been able to solve all family problems and so you cannot be the first. This is because family problems never get finished.
