Gardens are home made small farm size plots planned to cultivate tea plants, spices, flowers, shrubs and trees. A medicinal garden in this perspective will be a plot often besides the house to grow herbs for medicinal purposes.
There are many easy-to-grow, easy-to-use herbs that you can harvest and prepare to treat minor illnesses. Every medicinal garden should include some top or commonly used herbs like chamomile, yarrow, lemon balm, lemon grass and peppermint. These five basics are safe and effective for the vast majority of people when used as simple teas, poultices or salves.
Others may include herb plants like mint, aloe Vera, Roselle, Atermisia and majoram. Most of this plants when prepared as tea help to solve many health problems like stomach ache, headache, sore throat, tooth ache, fever,cough and colds.
