Diary Game|| HOW I PREPARED MY JOLLOF RICE||26-05-2024

GREETINGS FRIENDS AND MEMBERS OF THIS COMMUNITY.

Am glad to be in this great community and partake in the ongoing content...
So I woke up this morning thinking of what to cook before going to church, I remember that I have some rice and little ingredients.

BEING A HOME CHEF IS NOT EASY
At first I parboiled my rice and get the ingredients ready, so on the process of me frying the onion and the tomatoes I forgot to add a pinch of salt to the hot oil in other to avoid it splash everywhere so I quickly do that.

Salt
Onion
Grandnut oil
Crayfish
Maggie
Tomatoe
Spicity
Ripe plantains
Black pepper
Water

So after when I was done frying the stew I poured the parboiled rice inside the stew and add some cups of water in it and stare it a little bit then cover the pot very well for it to boil very well. I keep on checking it every 3 minutes to avoid it get burnt and I also add it water anytime I check it I discover that the water is drying so I have to add it water depending..... I almost forgot the plantains where I kept it so I took it and slice it while waiting for the rice to be done.

So guys here's the outcome of it, I know you love what you see right.....is very very delicious and has nice aroma.
It was kinda of stressful but I have to do it because I won't have strength again in the noon or maybe around evening time so that's why I cooked it this early.

CONCLUSION
So this is me trying to take a good picture of me and the food because my roomie have already gone to church and no one else that can take pictures for me and is too early for me to knock on someone's door telling him or her to come and take me some pictures and is not proper
I will stop here to continue next time...
