How can you help your community forge a gender - equal world?
For me to help gender equality as much as possible good behavior develops in society and gender has to be a very productive role.
As a role that must be formed by the community and good behavior is recognized through socialization processes related to society, for example, gander must have socialization which is very responsible for me.
In my opinion, economic development must open up many ways to improve gender equality in the long run. The goal of continued development has a very important meaning because once it is improved, it becomes a global and national reference so that development becomes more focused.
And the notion of gender equality is an equal situation between men and women in fulfilling the rights and obligations of gender.
Can celebrating Women's international day increase visibbility and equality?
The celebration of women's day is not just ceremonial, the celebration of women's day must be interpreted more especially for women, the previous women who were already in the pursuit of strengthening women did not only sacrifice their energy, they even fired themselves up for the strengthening of women every March 8, the world even the country is commemorated as the day of parable.
As far as I know women's day is a celebration of the achievements that have been achieved by women throughout its history. It is very important for me to improve the balance at the heart of the celebration and continue to speak out about inequality.
Are the feminism fight and the Women's Rights fight the same?
In my opinion, this should be fought for as an example, it is always an invitation to be happy that more and more people are aware of their interests in looking at one another.
Many people over time have gotten better, That women and men are not like different heights but there are examples in the same room, and the same rights, maybe I'm not too good at explaining this question and I I'm still learning about this question, if I think you are wrong, I apologize for my mistake.
What do you say about women in top positions like presidents, parliamentarians, Senators, CEOs (Chief Executive Officers), and COO (Chief Operations Officers)? Give posibble exmples in your country (community)
In my country in 2001, there was a female president named (Megawati Soekarnoputri). She was the first female president in my country. At that time, she became the 5th president in Indonesia.
And other genders that can be found in my country are several names that fill strategic positions and other Indonesian state governments, for example regents, governors and mayors to heads of village communities.
What makes a Good Leader (Gender or merit)
In my opinion, being able to judge male or female leaders and someone sometimes has a better ore is the main thing that can determine whether a leader is good.
In my opinion, both are equally good, I see now that men and women are very good at doing their jobs and leading their duties, such as economic, political and educational activities as well as activities in society in Indonesia.
That's my opinion for the question this time and you can't judge someone by their physique and everyone in our country is very focused on their activities and there are no bad obstacles, I hope that our country, Indonesia, will always be the best.

Womens are those who are not less than a man and womens and mens should be have equal rights. I don't know that why it's a thinking present in the people regarding the gender discrimination.
It's a thing who should be take in notice. Every year women Day is celebrated all over the world on 8th of March. Today is women's Day so I also wish you women's Day as a lady.

I enjoyed your post my dear friend. You expressed yourself so well. You where of the opinion that a suitable approach to tackling gender inequality is socialization. That was rightly said too as it's an instrument to fostering gender equality according to you. You also expressed delight in your country as the male and female are wonderful personalities in becoming good leaders.
