The Diary Game 29/01/2022

Hello beautiful steem mates hope everyone is doing well today am equally doing well . I will like to share with you guys my diary of today which involves cooking cause am a fan ok the kitchen and Eqwang was my manue for today.
I bought my cocoyams
Dry fish
Palm oil commonly known as red oil
Contry onions
White pepper
Green cocoyam leaves
Green spice
Salt and maggie to taste

HOW TO DO THE PREPARATIONS
I peal my cocoyams , wash and grind, I prepare my leaves into small pieces to ease my rapping, I prepare my spice, I rob red oil under my pot to prevent it from burning easily,

I start to do my raps and place them into my pot in an organised manner to make it easy for me to add water inside my pot while it is cooking. While doing my raps, I sprinkle my spice at each stage as I go

The spice I add at each stage is to avoid my food from scattering due to frequent turning.After my my raps are finish I place my pot to cook and boom my food is ready come join me to eat dear steel mates cause your always welcome 💃💃
