The Diary Game: A Good Day To Live With 24th June, 2024

Good day my fellow steemians out here, how are you all doing? I know it's been a busy day and believe I understand every bit of the struggle we all are facing, let's be encouraged by the love light at the end of the tunnel.

I woke up by 6:30am and as exhausted as I was due to all night work I had to finish up for my abroad client, I couldn't sleep much, just a 2 hour rest, I said my morning prayer and did a little push up then stepped outside to get fresh air, already it was cloudy so I enjoyed the half dark weather, I stayed till 8am then I went back inside to arrange my room and wash some dishes.

When I was done with it, I took my Jerry can and left to go fetch water so I could take my bath with it, cook and wash with it as well. I was at the borehole area and I had to que my rubber as well waiting for my turn so I could fetch water and leave.

When I went back home, I quickly took my bath, had a little rest because it seemed I was beginning to have headache from the previous night stress, I rested for about 30 minutes before going to the kitchen to make breakfast, I took something light (pap with Akara), this combination has always been my favourite combination so far especially for breakfast.

When i was done eating, I washed the dishes then set out for work. At work place, I was just tired but what would I have myself do, now I am not expecting any salary from anyone, just me working for myself and paying myself and my staffs at the end of the month, so stress wasn't even an excuse not to work.

The speed I applied in finishing up my task was what surprised me, can you believe I left the house by 11:30am and was able to finish up by 2pm, this was the kind of work time I needed at least to also have time for myself off work and every other thing. I was having issue with my generator and I had already ordered for inverter to be brought to the office but I couldn't wait to get it so I took the delivery at home.

Now I don't have to worry about my country's continuous power outage, at least this will take me throughout a full day if fully charged. When I had checked if everything was okay, I went in and took my bath, then napped till 4pm, then I woke up to go charge the inverter against tomorrow's work.

When I came back, I immediately visited my kitchen, prepared jollof rice for lunch/dinner. I was hungry, intact starving, so I served myself as much as I could dish out. I ate till I could barely stand up when I needed to clear the dish and wash it.

After washing the dishes, I took my bath and stepped outside to go do some crypto mining before going back to my room around 9pm to read some books and have some rest. I couldn't sleep, don't know what caused that but I knew it could be because I never shared my diary here.
