Cryptocurrency banned in CEMAC

Hello to all the members of the steemit platform. My post for today is going to carry so many questions, concerning the band of cryptocurrency issued by COBAC.

Stating that cryptocurrency is banned in the max zone that is Cameroon, Gabon, Congo equatorial Guinea and Central republic of Africa on the 16th of May 2022 at 8h34 a.m. saying that they want to maintain stable financial status. With this recent development. Does this mean mining of Bitcoin and other currencies are going to be prohibited in Cameroon and what about people who already have money invested in cryptocurrency will they be refunded or their money is going to be lost?
In addition on this steem platform the post have been paid using tronx does this mean post I no longer going to be paid or how is it going to work from now on are we going to be needed to mask our in connections with VPN what's the next step from this point. The financial stability which COBAC is trying to bring about is it going to cost more financial instability?
