17th January, 2025 was an exciting day for me as I hosted my friends @uyaiuyo and @udoikotabasi in my office to discuss a long-envisioned plan of establishing a joint business. We've been agitating on this plan since last year, this 2025 we decided to be serious about it by meeting to discuss the way forward.

The atmosphere was electric, filled with enthusiasm and anticipation. We had all been looking forward to this meeting, eager to share our ideas and expertise to create something truly remarkable.

I first of all entertained them with pawpaw fruit that I bought from the fruit vendor while going to work that morning. As we sat in my office, the energy was palpable. We began by sharing our individual visions for the business, and it was fascinating to see how our unique perspectives and skills complemented each other. The discussion flowed seamlessly, with each of us contributing our insights and experiences in different businesses.

Our conversation centered around identifying our strengths and weaknesses, trust and sincerity, market analysis, target customers, and potential revenue streams.

We brainstormed innovative solutions, leveraging our collective knowledge to overcome potential challenges. The meeting was a testament to the power of collaboration, as our diverse backgrounds and expertise merged to create a robust business plan.

After analysing different businesses, we came to agreement of venturing into Poultry Farm Business. One of the most significant advantages of starting a business with friends is the foundation of trust and open communication.

We have a deep understanding of each other's values, work ethics, and motivations, which will undoubtedly facilitate smooth decision-making and conflict resolution.

We carefully analysed the Poultry farm business and brought up a proposal that amount to Three Million Naira equivalent to 8,661.398 steem for a medium size farm that will contain 300 broilers birds. Our proposed time for the establishment of the business is July, 2025.

As a matter of seriousness and commitment, we shared the money equaly among three of us, which each person is to be depositing his or her own money to the already opened joint bank account before ending of June, 2025.

As we concluded our meeting, the excitement was tangible. We had taken the first significant step toward turning our vision into reality. The journey ahead will undoubtedly be challenging, but with our combined talents, dedication, and passion, I am confident that we will build a thriving and successful business.

This new venture represents a significant milestone in our lives, one that will require hard work, resilience, and adaptability. Nevertheless, I am eager to embark on this journey with my friends, knowing that together, we will create something truly extraordinary.

After the meeting, we took all the photographs, that was to avoid distractions since we were on a very serious meeting. We left happily with the high hope of a greater future.
