Good day dr... I think there's a mix up somewhere. You haven't powered up yet. You've just exchanged you SBD for steem.

To power up, go where you have steem power (8.093) and click the arrow by it, you'll then see the power up option. Or better still, get to your mentor for guidance on the whole process.
