Asslam o Alikum Everyone!
I hope all of you are well and good and i am also active and good health.This is first post in this community.Today i see challenge task and this is so attract me and when i see the topic i don't stop me to post in it.Nowadays everyone doing something and spend very busy life. In which poor and rich both are busy to make money and interesting thing is both make money and ignore health and in last spend their money to check up to doctors.Health is a precious gift.And if we buy something and not care it much then we see that after sometime the thing goes to damage.It is similar happen with our health.

When i study in university then i stay in hostel in hostel everyone buy food from bazaar and eat it.In this case it's damage stomach so badly and not recover early.And nowadays i see that the new generation like pizza burger shwarma pasta etc but not interested in any fruit.They prefer always fast food and sometimes they eat fast food late night this is also a big cause of fatness and we all now fatness is a starting point of so many dieases and laziness.

Nowadays those people who not afford fruit and any healthy thing they eat only few unhealthy things and spend a life unhealthy.But I'm very shocked to see the ratio of rich unhealthy people because they easily afford fruit but after then they are also unhealthy i think the big cause of unhealthy is lack of healthy food and excess of fast foods.

What do you understand by this statement?

The statement means that if everyone prefers fruits today then those away from the doctors.In this case not only fruits expect healthy other things because we see that those aged peoples who eat very healthy food and nowadays they are active but in fact the ratio of unhealthy young people and children are more than aged people.Now question is raised about this aged peoples are much old then young people so why they are healthy as compare to new generation then I see that they eat only health things as yogurt,pure ghee,butter,and prefer so much fruits but now new generation only like fast food and mostly people I see that those not drink milk and in expect they eat cold drinks that are so much harmful for health that's why now people are patient of bones and deficiency of vitamins.In this case they goes to doctors and the doctors prescribed vitamins,calcium and those people always eat medicines and spend unhealthy lifestyle.But in other case if people start eat healthy things and fruits then they avoid any kind of medicine infact they not need even any kind of medicine because in fruits if we see strawberry that is very good for heart patients and blood pressure patient if we see guava that is very best for stomach,if we see pomegranate that is very good for skin and deficiency of blood and if we see apple that is very good for skin in last if we see bnana that is very good source of energy.If people eat fruits then it's complete deficiency of any kind of vitamins calcium and keep you healthy that is very good in fact of medicines.

What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy? (State and give the importance in your own words)

This is such an interesting question because i follow a very healthy diet plan in the whole day because I'm a working man and I do very different things in a day. I prefer very healthy and light calorie food because I fared about fatness.Now I share my routine about healthy lifestyle that is I wake up almost 4'o clock at this time I feel low energy then firstly I eat banana that give energy till breakfast and very easily I read my book for two hours and after my breakfast I was going to my job then almost 11'o clock I feel hungry then I prefer to drink juice of any fruit but I love peace juice and oranges juice when I gain weight and want to lose weight then always I drink orange juice that is my favourite and when I drink it I feel happy and energetic and mostly I miss my lunch due to large amount of my work but when I return from my job then I make my dinner itself and if it delay then I on music and going to gym then sometimes I eat apple and going to gym but if I don't eat apple before gym then I eat apple before sleeping when I see movie on my laptop that is my daily routine and I feel very healthy while I use this but sometimes if I goes somewhere outside to my house and missing then I go to market and drink something very energetic juice.

How did you discover these activities? Did you discover the activities/habits by yourself or someone told recommended them to you?

Some years ago I had some friends who didn't use fruits and eat fast food late at night and I also did the same thing but after the passage of time I gained weight and looked very bad.At the time I also feel laziness but the bad thing happened with me that my heartbeat increases when I walk even a one mile then I think that firstly I change my company of friends then It's really work because when I change my friends then I starting to eat fruits and fruits add in my diet.And other thing is when I wake up early in morning then I feel hungry and I feel low energy and don't want to make breakfast then I have no option and easily eat banana in morning but after sometime it's make my habit and I eat fruits daily bases.Now I don't like much fast foods in facts now Ramadan is start in Pakistan and today is first soam and I open it and eat guava and now I make this blog and this is also give me so much freshness.
In starting it is sometimes difficult to make a habit of eating fruits but if you are very busy at work then I make fruit chat and eat one bowl daily at one time in this way it will keep me healthy and energetic.

What are the health benefits of the habit(s)?

When I started these diet plans then I gained so much weight and after two hours I feel hungry and I don't know how to control myself to eat in large amounts but when I add fruits in my diet then when I feel hungry I eat some strawberry 1 or 2 only because strawberry has very low amount of calories and sugar which is very best to lose weight.
And some days before I felt deficiency of blood and my colour was yellow and then I started pomegranate. After a few days my colour changed and I feel very healthy.Last I saw that every fruit has benefits and keeps you healthy and active.

Do you think everyone could engage in these habits? Explain

No I don't think so because the ratio of unhealthy people is a very large number.Nowadays majority of people of any generation like very large amounts of fast foods like pizza shwarma burger pasta etc that's why the hospitals are filled with patients but if you see gym then one or two people who goes to gym and very small amount of people who goes to walk daily and eat healthy food or fruit daily.Half population are poor they not afford even fruits and now remaining population very small amount of people follow healthy diet plan and nowadays children's are prefer only fast food.But i think that everyone want to engage with these habits and eat atleast one kind of fruit daily if people do it then surely they leave every kind of medicines and the ratio of patient in hospitals are reduced.

What health tips would you give steemians?
  • suggest that firstly everyone wake up early in morning.And goes for a walk daily when they wake up early and go for a walk They definitely need energy then they easily eat fruits but someone who doesn't afford to buy fruit tries to walk daily and drink water as much as possible.

  • I prefer that before breakfast to eat banana but if you have symptoms of flu then you easily eat apple that is also a big source of energy.

  • After breakfast when you go for your work and after sometime when you are tired and feel hungry then you drink any kind of fruit juice and fruit chat which I do in my daily routine and after that I take lunch which is very small amount but always use salaad with my lunch.

  • When I return my job I start gym then I eat apple or strawberry and if I take heavy lunch then I miss it but before sleeping I eat this.

  • In last before sleep I suggest that drink milk with honey and turmeric because in a whole day we doing so many things and in evening mostly we feel tired and unhealthy and when we drink this hot milk with honey and turmeric then you feel very relax from any kind of pain and not need painkiller because I see that mostly people eat painkiller before sleeping then they should try this milk and avoid any kind of painkiller which is very best .

These routines are also what I follow in my daily routine and this is a best routine and I feel so healthy and in the other case I lose weight and now I balance my weight.Now in last I suggest that everyone try to follow this diet plan and this routine that make you very healthy in few days and after the passage of time you avoid medicines.
