Body Odour A Common Issue

Steem greetings from this end. In today's edition, i will be sharing ideas on how to eliminate body odour. Body odour is something that many people do not even know they have it. That is why it is advisable to always check on yourself or have a good friend that opens up to you about what is and what is not as far as you are concerned. It doesn't necessarily mean you don't bath or you are dirty but there are some little additions that needs to be done.

To begin with, the body parts that are prone to causing body odour includes; the armpit, the bellybutton( those that are hidden), the area inbetween the buttocks, the ears, the nose, the neck, the area beneath the breast and pubic regions especially. Alot of people are of the conception that women are more exposed to developing body odour than men. But it is faulty because men are as well exposed to having body odour if right measures are not taken.

Furthermore, if you want to find out if you are having body odour, takeoff your shirt( both men and women) smell the under arm of the dress if it stinks that means you need to work on your body hygiene. As earlier mentioned having body odour doesn't mean you don't bath or you don't take care of yourself, it's a matter of being aware. Apart from checking out the scent that comes from your shirt, also check your underwear, put it close to your nose and weigh the degree of smell that comes out of it. If you do these, it will tell you if your body needs some extra hygienic care.

Inorder to find out if the external areas( ear, nose, bellybutton and neck) are the causes to you having an unpleasant smell, for the neck, take off hour cloth and smell the collar, for the ears,use a wipe, clean it and do the usual to know its hygienic state. We have the bellybutton odour, inorder to find out, deep your smallest finger in it, then bring the finger close to your nose to find out. Lastly, we have the nose, this is usually caused by nasal infections like sinuses, prolonged mucus from cataarh and congestion.

Tips to Take Care of Body Odour

The use of Lime juice. Cut lime fruit into two halves, squeeze out the juice and apply in the above mentioned areas 5 minutes before bathing time. Do this for 3 days and everything will be gone.

Shave Pubic hairs. Make sure you keep your pubic areas clean by shaving over grown hair. This will eliminate 50% of body odour.

As concerns that of the nose, take alot of fruits containing vitamin C like oranges, lemons, pineapples to help eradicate it.

Bath with soaps that have good scent and use mild body sprays.

Lastly, bath twice a day especially when you had a hard day. Take ample time to scrub all areas of the body with foamed body scrub and rainse your body atleast twice before dashing out of the bathroom. Bathing morning and evening is very good for your health.

In conclusion, everyone needs to try the first body care tip mentioned( lime juice) above atleast once in a month. I call that external body purification.
