Believing in yourself.

Greetings dear steemians , believing God we all had a blessed day.
Peace and happiness shall fill your mind deep within ,if you act according to truth and self discipline .Face the facts of being what you are , for that is what changes what you are . Sometimes it takes breaking up to realize that you deserve so much more focus only on what you can control ,let the other aspects of life play out without your your wasted energy.My mental health problems are real and they are valid.I will not judge myself for bad days when I can barely get out of bed ,I will not make myself feel worse because someone else appears to be handling their mental illness better than I am handling mine , recovery is not a competition.

Life works best when we focus on where we are going rather than where we have been.The more you use gratitude everyday, the greater the good you will bring into your life if you are jealous of someone else take that same energy and use it to focus on improving yourself . Create with the heart ,build with the mind .Few can accept happiness if it means change we can want the life we have now, only happier spend your time on those that love you unconditionally .Don't waste it on those that love you only when the conditions are right for them.
