You look up in the skies every moment and you wonder why this creature was made ,
A creature so tamed relaxed and fluffy like the cake ,
The African woman is fearless like a knight ready to take you on a ride ,
She stays calm and observes all through the night .
Yes she is bold and ready to defend and even go through the agony ,
But you Mr. Pirate you always seem to be the irony.
Yes she is the African woman
Legs so smooth and straight like the bamboo
Body so polished like she sleeps in her shampoo.
Walking majestically like the clouds rolling down from mouth Oku.
So tall and always looking up like a guru .
Her hips never lie but watch out she can put you to sleep,
Her lips so soft and pink like the rose of the valley of atohhbong.
Yes that is my African woman !
You never want to keep her waiting cuz she is always busy like the bee.
You know you can’t fail her cuz she is always , ready to pay the bills.
She is so strong on her own and can always roll even when the waters stop running.
She is hard working and always dedicated to , keep the home rolling .
Yes that is my mama Africa!
Kings are made and moulded from you my African woman .
Your food so nourishing and appetizing like she looks .
Even at her old age she still carries the secret ,
The secret of moral upbringing and resilience .
Do not try to wound her because you will leave her with the unforgiving scar .
Ohhh my African woman you are a star.
I love you the true goddess of Africa .

So loving so kind and so strong .They are unique and they play a wonderful role in our lives and the lives of our children. Some call them lionesses but I call them the glory.
This is a piece of love but at the same time matching the capabilities the African women possess and how far they could go to build ,to resist and even fight for what they cherish and love.
