THE GOSPEL SEASON | Episode 00 - Introduction || By @b-naj

SALUTATION

Special greetings to everyone. I have been quiet for a while now due to the loss i was dealing with so far this year 2022. I am glad to finally acknowledge that i have overcome that trial and tribulation, and i am gradually getting back to my old self once more. A big thank you to all those who showed support towards my struggles, and may God bless you because you chose to help ease my burden.
Despite my silence, i had this community in mind every passing day. As such, i was working on something for you all as i gradually observed and realized that none of my newbies took up a gospel season in our community. Recently however, @wase1234 created a post titled Seeking the Holy Spirit : Sharing my Little Experience , and @shance-light started a sequential post titled The Lost Sheep Part 1 and Part 2 so far.

PURPOSE OF THIS GOSPEL SEASON

I for one love giving out advice to anyone who cares enough to listen. Aligning advice with biblical references is a better and more effective manner of approach, and eventually doing things the right way. Many steemians in here are Christians, and can attest to the bitter truth that most of us don't create the time to open and study our bibles more than just once in a week (Sundays being the most popular day used in an entire week). Some have gone for months now, although just a hand full of persons in this category managed to break this trend during the crossover service. It aches even more to think that some of us don't have a bible of our own. I didn't say bible apps, i meant hard copies; how can you use same phone you use to commit sinful acts, to later effectively commune with God? Don't be a joker, we sin daily, acknowledge it and do things right, don't cause the hand of God to fight you! Remember the bible is our shield and armour, and studying God's words is sharpening the edges of our swords and arrows.
I have come up with this Gospel Season filled with divest biblical lessons, with each new episode released, to contribute in sharpening and shaping up your spiritual lives. I want to believe that everyone comes on this wonderful platform at least 5 days each week and read at least a post or 2. With the continuous follow up of each episode released, you all can somehow gain something vital to feed the soul. Some may chose to refer to their bibles and share their thoughts and understandings drawn from the lesson taught because views differ with readers. The same reader can even have differing understandings of a specific verse or chapter, when studied at different times. So your spiritual state matters when trying to decipher the word of God.
