Great Britain - 2011, 41 years after the first Range Rover model is ever introduced. An English car designer for Land Rover, Gerry McGovern creates the blueprints for one of the most loved, most subcompact, most luxurious crossover SUVs of all time; THE RANGE ROVER EVOQUE.

OVERVIEW
The RANGE ROVER EVOQUE is a successor to the FREELANDER SPORT. The first generation of her kind dominated the roads of USA, Canada, Europe, Asia and Africa from the years 2011 to 2018 and her second generation spans from 2018 to present day in 3 and 5 doors and 2 wheel, 4 wheel drivetrains.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
She is powered by a 2.0 liter, I4 engine (Inline 4) Ecoboost/Ingenium petrol and a 2.0 liter, I4 engine Ingenium/Duratoq diesel that spreads over a 6–speed Getrag M66EH50 manual, 6-Speed Ford Aisin AW F-21 (Aisin Warner TF-81SC) automatic with CommandShift manual shift mode or a 9-speed ZF 9HP automatic. These powertrains vary however for the second generation series.

INTERIOR

Standard equipment in the evoque includes accent lighting located throughout the interior, push button start and a 5–inch driver's information display.

Options include a panoramic fixed sunroof; heated seating, steering wheel, and windscreen wipers; and an 8–inch touch screen entertainment system that can display separate images to both the driver and front passenger.

There are 12 interior colour choices, various wood and metal trims and three optional contrasting roof treatments. Interior designs hardly get better than this.
