The diary game : 19/08/2020
I woke up this morning and I had my morning devotion with my mum and siblings. After that I went to do some of my house chores. I cleaned one of our abandoned rooms today because my mum said that we may train a new breed of chicks there. Cleaning that place took me hours because I had to trash irrelevant things, dust everywhere, remove cobwebs and do some sweeping and mopping.
When I was done with all that. I went to have my bath . I went to prepare breakfast for myself and siblings who were desperately hungry because cleaning that room took me more time than usual.
I prepared porridge beans & corn and pap (corn paste). I was barely done when my siblings had brought out their favorite plate. I served them the meal and they all enjoyed it and ate to their feel.
Since the covid pandemic outbreak, my younger brothers have been lazy to read their books. They just spend their time playing games, disturbing and watching movies. I had time for them today and I forced them to read and I explained everything that they didn't understand . They complied sadly though but they were able to learn some few things today. When I was done with my lectures with them I felt sleepy and tired so I had a short nap.
I woke up later on to read my books too. After that I followed my mum to fetch water. We came back and filled up the empty buckets. I prepared dinner afterwards which was jollof pasta. I also went out to take care of the birds and give them some feeds. I scrolled for some feeds on my phone and I took a selfie after that.
I worked very well today but I enjoyed it. Thanks for reading guys.
