Country Curator's Report for Ghana - Week 7

Hello Dear Steemit Team, @steemitblog, @steemcurator01 and all POD Members, in great recognition of the immense contribution from the Team, the continues updates of daily initiatives empowered by the Steemit Team, The Curation Team, The work of Steem Greet led by @cryptokannon, the work by @knitrias project, the work from @worldofxpillar and my ongoing projects from many dedicated and committed Steemians, I hereby also report for for my two week work as Country Curator for Ghana which have packed for me to execute. It wasn't an intentional to leave one week gap without reporting for my Curation work from Ghana. Lately, due the effort of recruiting new members to form my team for the upcoming season 2 daily game, it needed a whole lot of tuition for these people who are new to the system. In terms of coaching them to do what is right, helping them to write good achievements, at times following ups for feedbacks and organizing meet ups to take them through the rules that are used here. I know all is well now and I stand to be committed on my work as Country Curator for Ghana.

So far much has been done to settle issues of getting more people in the Ghana Team. Those who were inactive or dormant and recruitment slogan.First of all let me thank @steemcurator01 and the Steemit Team who have always been my motivators to bring more people to join the game. It's by their kind courtesies of great support and quest to build up a vibrant Ecosystem with mutual collaboration that have really brought me this far. I say well done to that effort. Now, when I look back to my native Country Ghana, I have a lot of Newcomers to boast of. But what is left is to retain them in the team so that we move forward as a community in the Steemit blockchain hub. I know it's my duty as a leader of the delegation my country team to always lead, show that way and go the way. I see this as a great stewardship in the Steemit arena. Since one has to be always feel the passion, compassion and love for the Steemit blockchain before becoming successful Steemian.

I will start by talking about my team for Ghana and the the current recruitment that I have done with the help of some of my team mates who played the diary game season 1 with me. We really know how this is very imperative to talk about, since they are the tools or resources one needs to get before playing the diary game season 2. Already I have my first four front Liners to who played the diary game season 1 game. They are : @agodaniel32, @elyon, @menak and @nattybongo.

Following this organization is the creation of our Team accounts, logo and the finally the announcement of Our team members for season 2 diary game for the Steemit Team. In this case, our Newly Recruits were not left out from our team, they also form part of the team who will begin with us in 1st August 2020 to play the game. After the diary game season one I have been able to recruit new members in addition to the existing ones. Some have passed through the verification process of achievement 1 & 2 through the Newcomers Community. Some are also yet to do. They are under monitoring to ensure that good thing is done. Thanks to all the POD Members under Steem Greet, especially @crypotokannon who is doing a great job here receiving and given attention to their work. I have been motivating them and guiding them to keep their comment to Steemit block chain. All of them have been assigned in our WhatsApp page who share their thoughts with us. Every relevant information from the community are reached to them through our WhatsApp page to keep them updated. I also announced their names & presence through our announcement post. For those Newcomers who have made their first introductory post or achievement posts, I have visited them with welcome comments and upvoted them in order to feel motivated and be with us.

For the past two weeks, though I visited most communities in Africa for my curation, but much focus was on the Ghana curation, both on the active existing Steemians and the Newcomers were upvoted accordingly. Few Authors posts were selected for my digest post. Below are the Authors and the summary of their content for your studies.

@bosheba1- This Newcomer gave a very detailed of his profiled which covers his citizenship, profession, experience in the crypto currency, commitment in his society and work place, what he hopes to achieve in the Steemit block chain. He recognized the POD Members and his mentor who introduced his to Steemit block chain. He looks very promising to support the Team of Ghana. Base on his effort, the POD Team Curators rewarded him with very appreciable upvotes. Thanks to @bosheba1 for being verified through the Achievement 1 process. The Author is yet to pass through Achievement 2, of which he may need more assistance from his mentor.

Achievement 1

@godfred111- The Newcomer shared his personal profiles to the Steemit community. How he is very eager to learn more from the Steemit block chain. He has the desire to take part in the upcoming season 2 contest with the Ghana team. He was very excited having @menak and @oppongk on his side coaching him of what things in Steem are done. He mentioned @cryptokannon and commended all the POD Members. Thanks to the POD Team who curated his work.

@hamidata85- This Newcomer has passed through the Achievement 1 & 2 process and needs to be guided through Achievement 3, 4 & 5. In his Achievement 1 or Introduction, the Author stated his experiences of what he has been through when e lost his money through engaging himself with some online marketing. But he has really confirmed that Steem is there credible dapp. He would love to set freedom for his family through Steem. This can also materialized if he team up with his country members in Steem here. He mentioned @cryptokannon, Steemit team and all the POD Members. Thanks @steemcurator01 and POD Curators who visited his blog and upvoted his work.

Achievement 1

@kofigeorge - The New Steem User is a very determined man who wants to share his commitment with Steem. Ever since he wrote his first Achievement with the support from @oppongk, he has strive to make daily post, but just that he needs some little guide. In his first Achievement he made known about his profile and profession as a French teacher. He is also into Sports and even led his students to achieve many successes in sports. He pronounced been committed to support the Steemit Team in Ghana.

Achievement 1

@menak - He is one of the Author is very committed and look so promising to help play the game in season 2. After the diary game season 1 ended, his interest has developed in the shopping game. On 21st July 2020, that's a week today, he made some purchase of shoe at Bamtama spot opening at a friend. This cost him Ghac 50.00 that is 59 Steem. My Curation Activities for the Past 2 Weeks

The 7000 plus SP is the power which is helping me to curate Ghanaian Community.
