THE DIARY GAME: 7th August, 2020: Today Is A Very Bright and Beautiful Day For Me
There is a common saying that "the love of God is the beginning of wisdom". I'm not sure if that is a word that can be found in the Bible but I would like to know. However, I'm only making reference to this because I try to give thanks and show appreciation to God Almighty at all time including every morning when I wake up. And, I did just exactly the same this morning immediately I got up from my bed. Also, today is my younger brother's birthday and am grateful to God for sparing his life.
Today is a very bright day for me. I thank God for life because I did make some nice returns on my investments. In reference to this, what I did was get my phone immediately I got up from bed this morning. I had to do that because I took some trades yesterday night and I needed to quickly check on the trade and see if I needed to monitor it. I was so glad when I found out I was in profit already on those trades.
However, it was the other way round for my Forex trading pairs which I took yesterday as well as I was already in loss with them. Well, I'm glad it was still a demo account. I believe I should get better with time.
I didn't eat breakfast until after 12 in the afternoon. What I had for breakfast was Indomie Noodles which my younger brother prepared for me. It was a very light food and I like it since I don't have to feel heavy and sleepy after taking it. But before having my breakfast, I did washed some of my dirty cloth and spread on the line for them to sundry.
Most times, I end up playing my table tennis game immediately after I finish eating breakfast and today is no different. Even though I didn't play it for long, It makes me feel better and fitter. It's no more news that exercise is good for keeping the body is shape especially in situations like this when we spend most of day staying indoor.
It's been a while I watched the Africa Magic Yoruba channel on DSTv since the Big Brother Naija reality show started. The TV is always tuned in to where the popular reality show is being televised. I break that jinx today by watching a little bit of movie on the Africa Magic Yoruba channel and it was an interesting local Yoruba movie.
Evening came so soon, it was time for dinner. I was in the room surfing the net when I was summoned that food is ready. It was our native food Eba and Ogbono and cow meat that was prepared. It was delicious and I enjoyed it as I swallow the lumps of Eba into my stomach.
For the rest of the night, I will be going for the night devotion, watch my favorite reality show, do some surfings on the web and then go to bed when the bed calls. Thanks for stopping by. Stay safe!
