The Diary Game (Saturday, November 30, 2023) Receiving a Visit from Cocoa Extension Workers and Plantation Service Employees
Hello everyone, friends...
It's great that we can meet again. I'll share a story about The Diary Game, I hope my friends like it.
This morning I didn't have time to buy coffee and cake for breakfast because shortly after opening the door of the photocopy shop and stationery shop, an administrative employee from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Aceh Utara came bringing exam question files to be photocopied. Getting quite a lot of work, I felt so excited to get straight to work that I forgot I hadn't had breakfast. My breakfast this morning was only water but my energy was like I had drunk a lot of supplements💪🤣🤣.
Thanks to the high spirits I have and my gratitude to God for all the blessings He has given me, not long after that another administrative employee from elementary school 9 Nisam came bringing family card files and parent identity cards to be photocopied for school purposes. Because the number was not too many, I prioritized the photocopying service to the elementary school 9 Nisam administrative employee. Moreover, I was also waiting for confirmation from the administrative employee of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Aceh Utara because there were several exam question files that did not state how many had to be photocopied.
A teacher from Madrasah Ibtidayah Negeri 15 North Aceh who is also a friend of Steemian @zulbahri came alone carrying the subject exam documents that he was holding because they were late to be collected at the school administration office, and he also brought a list of notes on the number of sheets that had to be photocopied for each subject. While working, I had a light chat with Zulbahri about our respective activities on the Steemit platform. We discussed the lack of support we received for the writings we published.
Since I have finished photocopying the exam questions for today, in the afternoon I had the opportunity to go to the garden to monitor and care for all my cocoa plants. There I still had a lot of work that I had not finished, namely weeding the grass at each base of the main stem that had grown thickly due to the rainy season. I weeded by pulling it out with my hands because I could not use a hoe or other sharp objects that would affect the breaking of the cocoa tree roots.
The weather was very cloudy, and I could hear thunder echoing from afar. I planned to go home because it looked like it was going to rain soon. Just as I took a step to go home, suddenly I got a phone call from a plantation extension worker informing me that they would soon come to my garden with employees from the North Aceh District Plantation Service to register cocoa farmers who would be verified at the district level. Hearing this news, I was forced to cancel my intention to go home while anxiously hoping that it would not rain first.
Cocoa extension workers and several employees from the North Aceh District Plantation Service came to my garden as mentioned earlier. There were four of them and they immediately went around my entire garden area after we got acquainted. Each of them took out their smartphones to take pictures of my garden and determine the coordinates of the garden to be sent to the plantation service office operator so that the validity can be verified that I really have a cocoa plantation.
This verification was carried out to minimize falsification of cocoa farmer data carried out by irresponsible individuals regarding requests for assistance in managing cocoa plants addressed to the relevant agency. If it has been verified like this, then if there is a government program regarding assistance in the form of work equipment for managing cocoa plants, it will be right on target and effective.
That night it rained very heavily. There was nothing I could do, and I hastened my rest time to go to bed early tonight.
So that's my short The Diary Game for today, that's all and thank you for taking the time to read my writing and giving me support as encouragement to always present better works.
All photos shown here were taken with my iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Kind regards,
