There are many factors we look at when deciding which posts to vote on...
- Consistency - is the person posting regularly every day?
- Commitment - is the person making an effort to grow their SP? Have they reached at least 50 SP if they have been on the platform for more than 2 or 3 months?
- Creativity - is the person doing anything creative? Trying anything different?

Thinking about all this and using tools such as steemworld and steemd, I monitored your daily activity and was able to come to the conclusion that many times few will understand, it is a titanic work that you do, so many communities, so many publications, so much content that looks easy but it is more than just voting. Sometimes it is early morning and you are voting, here there. I think that steemit is one of constancy, dedication and perseverance, I am new but I see myself in the future performing an important function within steemit, I see it as a big world and I believe that people should not just arrive and create content to generate profits, we should boost our accounts to grow as a team, I have only had a positive vote from you in a steemit nursery journal and I thank you very much, I congratulate you for such a good job.
Very useful information. Before I got this kind of information, I've been doing it since 2017. Sometimes I succeed, but more times it fails. That's the point, I think all of us should think about it and try to present our own creativity not run to copy anyone. We all have different identity and different creativity, just need to present it properly. And I strongly believe that Steem the Key for changing our future. No invitar a las personas a ganar dinero, sino a ganar criptomonedas con alto potencial de crecimiento, que vean en el steem la posibilidad de hacer inversiones a largo plazo, mientras se divierten usando la red.

Yes, you are at the right direction of showing them the basic thing of growing the account...it is not easy to change the mindset of the people...but since you do it at the first stage, it will be easier to guide them to the best chance of getting further on the platform

Hi @steemcurator01, like you, I think that our activity in steemit should not be only to create content to receive compensation, we should invest in our voting power, in growing our account, unfortunately I am new and I have a strong commitment to a personal project of a farm pig and my rewards plus the money from my work I have to invest it in feeding my animals, in December I will get my first income from the farm and aspire to invest a large part in my voting power, I want to reach 55 reputation to organize my First contest, it was not approved due to lack of this requirement, I want to be a welcome helper but I still lack requirements, I know that in the future I will be able to contribute to the growth of steemit.

Add some information on your profile
Don't use boomerang - we don't vote on posts that have boomerang votes. Instead power up the STEEM you would have sent to boomerang.
Thanks for the advice, I used boomerang to get some income due to the need to feed my animals, I will no longer do it, instead I will allocate at least 10 steem in my voting power, thanks to the support received inteem I am reaching stability and It is something that I appreciate very much, so I will do what I can to get to a position that allows me to help new users more than anything.
Great if you are able to invest on Steem you can enhance your Earnings aswell through Curation rewards :)
The more you powerup the faster your account will grow :)

Power up means acceleration of growth. We should focus on increasing power. And we should avoid self-upvotes. Because, the main purpose of voting is to encourage & evaluate someone's good content.
