Nowadays people are not shy about speaking about it more often, which has to do with the changes in the society. In this context we get involved in discussions and conversations, exchange ideas, and opinions hence we think we know the implication of being mentally healthy or unhealthy. Nevertheless, the personalized perceptions might not cover the whole utterly although they are induced by experience. In this article we shall write about different mental health problems - stress, depression, autism and others - using the first person free from quotes.

Stress is now part and parcel of every person’s daily life. A kind of a subtle signal, letting it be known that we are alive and kicking, and trying to get things done. Eustress is the name given to this sort of stress, which because it challenges us to be our very best at a host of things can be healthy. But again, chronic stress is a different story all together. This is the stress that we encounter whenever challenges of life overwhelm us to result in either anxiety or helplessness. In my own case I have known chronic stress results in a number of physical and psychological disorders such as sleeplessness, hypertension, migraines and depression. In such times, when such obstacles arise, consulting a specialist and discovering ways in a form of therapy or medicine etc. can greatly assist to solve the headache.

Depression, unlike stress, is an illness of the mind meaning it goes beyond simply being sad. This mental illness has a potential for complications in diagnosis and treatment which may include employment, interpersonal relations and physical and mental health. I was a depressions for some time in my life and all I have realized is that depression is not a way of thinking but a disorder which needs a doctor. Despite the fact that the social factors include getting sufficient amount of sleep, exercising and sticking to a healthy diet, one should consult a doctor if the signs of depression continue.

A neurological disorder, the term autism has received higher attention compared to the past. Tingling of the hands is a problem that I saw firsthand in one of my relatives with autism, how she feels every day. Thanks to autistic, it has made me realise that autistic is a description on that they are not sick but they are just autistic. Likewise, just as we try not to cure somebody of their religion, we should not attempt to cure them of autism. Rather, we should pay our attention on helping them and correcting the environment in which they will have to develop or disclose their talents and abilities. In the light of these definitions the most important thing to keep in mind when dealing with autism is that everyone who has an autism spectrum disorder has his or her own strengths and every person has his or her own weaknesses.

The following mental health condition can be defined as anxiety, which is characterized by constant concern or apprehension together with a Fear that disrupts the normal functioning of an individual. Personally, I knew anxiety in changeable circumstances like changing city or the entering new job. I understand some level of anxiety is possible, but I think very much extreme anxiety can obviously heavily constrain an individual. To my mind, the main rule of dealing with anxiety is self-care and admitting that there is a problem.

Weng For many people at some point in their lives, mental illness may affect them through stress, depression, autism, and anxiety disorders. However, having some personal experiences is helpful yet, professional help is required to address these issues. What we do find is that when individuals talk about their mental health problems, it will ultimately make the society more tolerant and thus lead to a favorable mental health future for everyone.
