Hello, my great people, this week is filled with lots of interesting contests indeed. The steem Venezuela community is not left out. They too have brought a very unique and special topic to us to discuss today with the title my declaration of unconventional love. Today I will share with you all my love for a special food we call Okro soup, I do hope you like the soup as well.

Okro soup happens to be my favourite soup as far as African dishes are concerned. I love this very soup very well because when it is prepared in a good way it always looks very interesting. The place I first ate this soup was in my home because my mum has a very big restaurant and most times she is been contacted for occasional dishes.

If you look carefully at the dish posted above, it is a sample of the okra soup prepared by my mum on one of the occasions when she was given a contract to prepare food for a wedding party. Everyone at that party went for the okra soup instead of any other dish available. Since that day my mother has been given contracts to prepare this soup on various occasions.

My mum knows it's my favourite and for that reason anytime am away from home, she normal calls me to remind me that my okra soup is ready and I must say I have never eaten it anywhere that I found it more interesting like the one I ate In my mother's place. Sincerely, okro soup is loved by almost everyone here in Nigeria and I'm happy that my mum knows the best way to prepare this soup.

If anytime my mum needs me to do something for her, she will only tell me that she will make okra soup for me and anything at all she asks me to do, I do it without any hesitation. The love I have for this soup can not be compared with any other soup at all. I can't trade this soup for anything. The soup is well prepared and has a lot of economic benefits and that is one major reason I like it much.

Okra soup can be prepared in so many ways but sincerely, the best way is the way my mum uses in preparing hers. I want to call on my friends @josepha, @jasminemary and @yakspeace to also read through my post to see my unconventional love for okra soup. I do hope you enjoy reading my post.
