Participating in spring festival and pitha festival in my university, which is a memorable day for me || 18 February, 2025

Hello friends, how are you all? Hope everyone is well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah Ta'ala. Old days pass away as the new sun rises. Similarly another month of Bengali year started which is Falgun. This is the month of eternal spring. So, today I have presented to you the general aspects of pitha festival and spring festival held in our university. I have tried to highlight to you how this festival is celebrated today. Let's begin.

Yesterday was English 18th February, 2025 and Bengali 5th Falgun, 1431. Our university held the spring welcome festival and pitha festival yesterday. This day was a very significant day for me. The main main ceremony was scheduled to take place from 2:00 PM. The event started at exactly 2:00 PM. So, I finished my bath and lunch before noon. Meanwhile, my friend kept calling me to go to this university function. So I quickly packed everything and left for the university. I went to my university on foot and in all it took 15 minutes to reach my university. As soon as I reached the university, I saw a huge crowd. I took a picture of the university gate from the other side of the road. The gate of the university was decorated very nicely. Although I failed to present my university gate for vehicles well among you. Still I tried to present the complete gate to you.

However, I stood in front of the university gate and called my friend. Then I entered the university. As soon as I entered, I saw a huge gathering of students in front of my eyes. I was looking for my friend. It was with great difficulty that I found my friend in this crowd. Then we two friends were trying to explore the entire area. A stage caught our eye. where cultural programs were held from afternoon. Various stalls were set up here for the sale of pitha along with the cultural program. Before that you can definitely see the image of the crowd here. The building in front of you is the number three building of our university. Our university has four spacious buildings. There is a lot of empty space between these four buildings. All our cultural events are held here.

Then we started visiting all pitha stalls one by one. There were a total of 16 pitha stalls. One stall was allotted for each department. Stalls were allotted here for English Department, CSE Department, EEE Department, Textile Department, Economics Department, Law & Justice Department, BBA Department and other departments. Every department tried to present their stalls beautifully. They invested their maximum efforts here. There was a crowd in front of every stall. They named each level differently. Each name was unique. Some named their stall as Vasant Kuthir, while others named it Tanti bari Pitha Ghar. Thus everyone added variations to their stall names. There was a huge crowd in front of every stall.

After some time the desired cultural program started. At the beginning of the show, the debate competition started. The theme of the debate competition was love. This debate competition was held on various aspects of love. By the time the debate competition started, the number of students had increased. This debate competition was organized by BUBT Debating Club. This debate competition was quite interesting and interesting. Every student enjoyed it. You must have understood this by seeing the huge presence of students. We enjoyed it from the top of the building. After the debate competition was over we came down from the building. Basically we were enjoying the debate competition from the top of the building due to lack of space below.

Then slowly started the main phase of the cultural program. We all enjoyed the event. It was as fun as it was enjoyable. Then songs and dances began to be performed. One by one everyone presented their best talent to us. All the students were very excited. The campus was buzzing with music. All the students started singing in harmony with the song sung by the singer. One by one everyone presented their performance to us. We the audience were very satisfied. Many audience members started dancing to the rhythm of the song. Thus the formalities of the cultural program ended as the evening slowly fell.

Yesterday was a very enjoyable day for me. This day will be memorable for me. I hope you have enjoyed this program thoroughly by reading my writings.
