What you see?

I saw the world. bathed in a gentle glow as the sun set slowly. Groups of birds were flying home together taking comfort in each other companionship. When they were together they appeared more peaceful and powerful. The sky turned a stunning reddish in color.

And the sun was surrounded by orange and gold colors creating a mystical atmosphere for the evening. The sky grew darker as the birds flew gradually toward their nests. A sense of peace came down and time seems to freeze. With each other power as support the birds enjoyed their adventure.

What you feel?

As the sun began to softly drop and the sky filled with warm, soft colors I felt at peace. I was thinking about how much comfort we receive from being with other people when I saw the birds flying together. They appeared so strong and at ease knowing they weren't by themselves.

The sky colors of orange and gold gave the impression that everything was serene and lovely. Day eventually gave way to night and a silent silence came. The birds traveled purposefully in their direction home and their unity gave them courage. It helped me realize how much we depend on one another to feel secure and at ease particularly after an exhausting day.

What you see?

I see an alien sitting by a lake by itself appearing hopeless and depressed. The alien appears to be lost and unable to find its way back to its family because of the sorrow in its eyes. It holds its head sorrowfully and rests its hands on its knees. With no sunlight and an overcast sky everything appears dead. The lake calm silent water gives the entire area a gloomy depressing feeling.

There no indication of life anywhere near the alien. To further add to the sense of despair the trees appear to be stuck in place. Sitting there the alien feels alone and alone in the world as though it is the only one remaining. The quiet is reflected in the quiet lake in front of it giving the alien sadness a more deep appearance. The environment is empty and silent as if the natural world too is experiencing the alien pain.

What you feel?

I notice the alien sitting by the lake alone and I am really sad. It appears overwhelmed and alone as though it had no one to help it. Everything appears heavier due to the dark clouds in the sky and the still lake increases the sense of loneliness. I feel sad for the alien because of the way it is set up with its head in its hands which conveys the extent of its suffering.

There is no life in the landscape which is eerily calm and chilly. Everything appears to be motionless and silent with the water quiet and the trees motionless. It reminds me of how isolating oneself may make one feel as though the world is closing in. The alien sadness nearly seems real.
