Planning my growth in Steemit for 2025

Who doesn't want to be a whale on steemit. The level they are, they don't need to stress their self, with just one post, boom $150. You might be wondering how they managed to gain a lot on steemit while you're struggling to get at least $2 in your post. What's the secret?
There was a time I was posting with no curation. You know what, I felt discouraged even though I knew what I posted was quality enough to gain support. I keep imagining how the whale are getting more support and being visible but at last I came to know the secret. What are the secret:
- Steem power
- Engagement
- Large following
- Being consistent
- Creating quality content
Steem power is the influence they have in the platform as they earn more reward with high steem power.
Engagement is the key to success as they engage with other steemian, sharing their thoughts and ideas and at the same time creating a friendly zone for other people.
Large following comes in as a result of engagement and sharing quality content. When people enjoy and engage with your content or they find it valuable to them they likely to follow the person.
Being consistent is also one of the major key shared by many user's in the platform. Now what diest it means to be consistent here? Let me explain.Being consistent in steemit means posting even there's no support.
Let assume you post today, tomorrow, and a day after tomorrow and you've not gotten any support you might be discouraged to continue. But being consistent will help you to post and engage with support or no support or vote.
- The last part of it is creating quality content. I think this one is the main key to succeed in steemit. Your post can be quality if it's free from plagiarism and from artificial intelligence.

The following are the things I will work on this year 2025; posting quality content, increasing my steem power, engaging with other steemian, building a following and being consistent.
My plan is to create quality content, a content free from Ai and plagiarism. I will also use markdown when necessary and quality pictures giphy and videos when necessary.
My another plan is to increase my steem power which is the influence I have in the platform. They more steem power I have the more support and visibility I will get. My Target steem power is minimum of 1500 before the year runs out.
I will also it a priority to engage with other steemian, sharing my view and thoughts, giving my humble opinion and recommendations if it necessary. The more I engaged the more I will get to know other steemian better.
As am engaging with others will also build following, people who found my content valuable to them and it will help to create quality post as I will think of what will satisfy and interest my audience.
My last plan is to be consistent, keep posting everyday at least 6 post a week. Will I become a whale one day? Definitely, it just about time. I wish people can share their struggles they pass through on this post so that we can learn together. If they were able to do it, we can do it.

This January 24th will be my 8th birthday on steemit, I never dreamed to be a whale, I don't really care how much I get from my casual Post because it's not the reason why I spent my time on steemit.
So, you can see that my growing is very very slow while those who are new but they had a significant big power than mine. It's fine for me because I have my own reasons. I'm here to have fun, rewards are bonus.
You did a good job by setting up a target, that means you're serious and ready to be a responsible steemian. I'll see you around and don't ever compare your posts with other which get more attention while you think yours are better in quality.
Just do what you can and what makes you happy, that way you can enjoy the game. Let's see how you make it weekly through the program, I hope you'll make a progress from time to time. Keep the spirit fighting 💪
Really, 8 years, waw, that means you have been through many obstacles am I right? Thank you for the advice. I now know that. I need to focused on myself, posting about I like instead of trying to compare my content to other with big support. Yeah I know some of us are not really on the financial benefits I do understand and I respect their consent. But for me, I think I need something that will encourage me to keep going.
