| Hoy empiezo mi blog de manera oficial, cosa que me emociona y a la vez me pone nervioso jaja. En esta oportunidad les traigo un paso a paso de como sacar las bujías de los cilindros. |
Today I'm officially starting my blog, which I'm both excited and nervous about haha. This time I bring you a step by step on how to remove the spark plugs from the cylinders.
Estas son las herramientas que se
necesitan:

• Un dado 5/8 • Un dado 5/16 • Un ranchi • Una extensión |
These are the tools needed:
• One 5/8" die
• A 5/16 die
• A ranchi
• One extension
Pasos a seguir:
Steps to follow:
| Primero se afloja los 4 tornillos que tiene la bobina con un dado 5/16 y luego procedemos a sacar la bobina. |
First loosen the 4 screws that have the coil with a 5/16 die and then proceed to remove the coil.
| Luego con un dado 5/8 y una extension lo introduzco en los 4 huecos donde esta la bobina. |
Then with a 5/8 die and an extension I insert it into the 4 holes where the coil is.
| Por ultimo saque las 4 bujías y prodeci a calibrarlas. |
Lastly I took out the 4 spark plugs and proceeded to calibrate them.
| Nota: Al sacar las bujias estas estan cerradas asi que para calibrarlas lo hice sostiendo la bujía con los electrodos bocabajo, debes doblar suavemente el de abajo para lograr la calibración. Dóblalo hacia adentro si quieres cerrar la abertura, o hacia afuera si quieres abrirla levemente. Nunca dobles el electrodo más de un milímetro (0.02 pulgadas) a la vez. |
Note: When removing the spark plugs they are closed so to calibrate them I did it by holding the spark plug with the electrodes face down, you must gently bend the bottom one to achieve the calibration. Bend it inward if you want to close the gap, or outward if you want to open it slightly. Never bend the electrode more than one millimeter (0.02 inches) at a time.
