SLC22-W1 / Basic Notions of Law.
Assalamualaikum
Hey greater I hope you all are doing well I am also well today I am taking about the Basic Nations of Law I am thinking to @anasuleidy to organized this amazing challenge I will share you my entry but I am 2nd-year student and have not yet studied about law in detail it is perfectly fine to approach to these questions like a beginner's perspective. I can frame your responses as someone trying to understand the basic concepts of law and it is applications in everyday life. Here is the how I can address the assignment from my side:
So I start my post with part 1st :
Part I
What is law?
Source
As a 2nd-year student I understand law as the rules that guide how people behave in society. These rules are created to ensure peace and fairness and are enforced by authorities like the police and courts. Though I haven’t studied law deeply yet, I see its importance in keeping order and resolving conflicts.
Examples of Objective and Subjective Law:
From what I’ve learned so far:
Objective Law:
These are general rules for everyone. For example:
Traffic laws
like stopping at a red light.
Criminal laws
like prohibiting theft.
Subjective Law:
These are individual rights or freedoms, such as:
The right to the education.
The right to the personal safety.
**Case to Study Analysis:
The Objective Law in the case is the traffic rule requiring the driver to stop at a red light.
The Subjective Law comes in when the driver explains his right to act in his son’s best interest by rushing to the hospital during an emergency.

Comparison Between a Law and a Norm:
Even though I’m still learning, I understand that:
A law is a formal rule set by the government, and breaking it can lead to legal consequences.
A norm is an informal rule agreed upon by a community or society, and breaking it may result in social disapproval but not legal punishment.
Case to Study Analysis:
Mr. Juan Perez violates the law by not paying rent, as it is a legal obligation under his rental agreement.
He violates a norm by keeping four dogs in the apartment, which goes against the building’s agreed rules of coexistence.
Part III

Importance of Comparative Law:
Although I am new to this concept, I find Comparative Law interesting because it helps us understand how different countries solve similar problems through their legal systems. For example, learning how other countries deal with tenant issues or traffic laws can help improve the laws in our own country. It also shows how laws can reflect cultural differences, which makes studying them important in a globalized world.
This way, you are honestly acknowledging your level of knowledge while still engaging with the topic thoughtfully.
I hope you all are like my post and and enjoying my post to read I very thankful to all steemiean who's like my post and give support.
I am inviting my friends to participate in this challenge.

Sorry mam but it is my account and the @isharehman account is my sister account .yes this is right that I publish my post and then she is published har post but this is your misunderstanding because the @isharehman account is my sister account it is not used one person she is my younger r sister and I teach her.if I post my blog and that is easy than I told my sister that you can also post because it is easy .
I hope you understand.
Thanks you so much .
@inspiration both are my students.. and both are sisters.. some time they help each other but. Let me investigate it more.. i have whatsapp group and both are added on that group one of greeter team..members is also add in my group her name is Godybiest we will investigate it don't worry..
We will.let you know after the discussion in the group
@inspiracion
I have discussed with both accounts and I can confirm they are operating differently. In fact both accounts belong to sisters and they often discuss and assist each other when creating posts. However upon analyzing their posts I found nothing similar—they are completely different from each other. I believe it is legal for them to help each other.
@hooriarehman is a bit disappointed as she is new to Steemit and still learning.
If you respond to her and resolve this issue it would be very helpful. If you require further verification both sisters are ready to cooperate. You can ask for their Discord ID to verify anything you need or even conduct a video call with them.
@hooriarehman has decided that if this issue is not resolved within a week she will start a power-down process and leave Steemit permanently. However her sister @isarehman will continue using her account since it has not been affected.
I kindly request you to analyze this matter again. If you find anything suspicious please reach out to them on Discord for further
These decisions really do not depend on me, but on those who manage these accounts. Even though you say that the contents are different, I find them extremely similar, especially the fact that they publish the same thing minutes apart, here is another example, and you can also see the great similarity between both posts, they are simply paraphrased same ideas. There is a 23 minute difference between the two posts and just like the previous cases, @hooriarehman publishes first and then @isha-rehman:

ok, I respect your decision. I was just putting my point of view. if you thought they did something suspicious then let them bother.
thanks for your cooperation
