Time is money.

This is such a vital aspect of life such that it is frequently referred to as ‘Time is money’ since it plays an important role in determining our lives. One can further consider that time is much more valuable than money because once it is used it can never be reclaimed. The saying Time is Money represents the philosophy of concurring the indications that people need to spend their time properly in order to undertake worthy causes in life. In participating in this insightful competition by @teamvenezuela, it is my privilege to suggest how time management can turn into productivity, richness, and well-being. It is only when we are able to understand why time is as critical as it is that we are able to change our attitude toward all endeavors, both individual and communal.

I can never get the feeling of wasting time even when I am taking a break or enjoying some time with family or friends. Indeed, I strongly think that some of the most enjoyable and happy moments can be spent with dear people – friends or family members. But in a society that increasingly counts minutes and seconds, it is sometimes difficult to justify not working, or just spending a good time with family or friends. For me, though these are moments that are simply precious. These are moments when we share food, maybe share a conversation, or just sit together and do nothing these are the moments which I think really enhance a life. They provide me with close relationships with the dear ones and happiness that cannot be bought with money or time spent on some other responsibilities. That’s why I never think I lose my time when I am with the people I love because it gives meaning and happiness.

Everyone understands the fact that there are twenty-four hours in a day, the number of hours that exist in a day which is actually counting from the time it is created by Almighty Allah. Here is justification that people use time in the right proportion as may be required by human beings. Since the great creator is all powerful and all wise he never does anything wrong and all that he does is for the good. Though it seems quite inspiring to have a few more hours in a day, the few more hours we seem to want to manage often make us get overwhelmed and tired of the number of tasks that we have been lenient enough to take over, so I believe that 24 hours’ time which we are gifted with is quite enough. We learn organizational skills for time, work, priorities as well as the balance of our existence. It is much healthier to devote yourself to the time you have instead of dreaming about having more hours in a day because it’s actually adequate to create a happy and meaningful life.

Thus, time is priceless – every second is the opportunity to make money, work or develop, meet relatives or just have fun. Thus, time management is not only the matter of completing the most work in the shortest time possible but also improving the quality of one’s life. As much appreciated as money is, the time precious more than money because its essential factor in the success and the quality life.
