Running is a physical activity that requires effort, timing, breathing, and a steady pace to maintain your jog. This is achieved with enough practice to improve physical condition and time and distance when running 🏃🏻♀️ Being a runner is the effort to train whether it's cold or hot.
My crossfit workout today consisted of 2.5km running interspersed with 25 burpees on each “break” 😅💪🏻
My post workout snack was a bowl of Greek yogurt with chia, banana and flaxseed 🍦!!

Día de running
Correr es una actividad física que requiere de esfuerzo, sincronización, respiración y un ritmo constante para mantener el trote. Esto se logra con bastante práctica para mejorar la condición física y el tiempo y la distancia al correr 🏃🏻♀️ Ser runner es el esfuerzo de entrenar aunque haga frío o calor.
Mi entrenamiento de crossfit de hoy consistió en 2,5 km corriendo intercalados con 25 burpees en cada “descanso” 😅💪🏻
Mi Snack post workout fue un bolw de yogurt griego con chia, banana y linaza 🍦!!
