My Actifit Report Card: April 6 2022

This is my day 🔥 on fire and very active 💪🏻 at work we saw two patients to perform aesthetic procedures, hyaluronic acid and tensor threads were applied 👏🏻 subtly improving their appearance and rejuvenating their face 🧖🏻‍♀️🧖🏻

Today I also did my training and I ran 2.3 kilometers and then I did strength training 💪🏻

At the end of the afternoon I went for a coffee to relax 🤗🥳💖

Así es mi día 🔥 on fire y bien activo 💪🏻 en el trabajo vimos dos pacientes para realizarles procedimientos estéticos se les aplicó ácido hialuronico e hilos tensores 👏🏻 mejorando sutilmente su aspecto y rejuveneciendo su rostro 🧖🏻‍♀️🧖🏻

Hoy también realicé mi entrenamiento y corrí 2.3 kilómetros y luego realicé entrenamiento de fuerza 💪🏻

Al final de la tarde fui por un café para relajarme 🤗🥳💖
