My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2020
Today I tried doing some exercise like joging down the road, then I met some health workers and forces parading and watching out for any household with a Corona case. I was so frustrated because looking at their faces I knew I had to go back and stay home.
When I got home, I felt really bad because I had to jog for some hours before I could have a nice body fitness, so I discovered another idea which was running to and fro from one end to another in my house which was around 15metre, I did it for close to an hour then I was fully satisfied and I had to take a cool bath and a warm coffee.
People pls let ensure to stay safe and help remove Covid-19.
