March 31: Winter Over. Time to Move
Like the winter birds pictured on their way back north, it's time to get moving regularly again. I've spent March getting fitness levels back to something relatively acceptable but April will be time to burst through levels I didnt do even last year when I was running regularly and that is 3+ miles. Finally got 3 done Monday and doing just 2.5 I knew I had plenty in the tank Tuesday afterward. It was good considering at the beginning of March I struggled to do 1.5. Spring is on. Here we go!
