My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2020

Today, I learnt different variations of push up. I'd be sharing them with you in my next post. But if you'd like to research them yourself while I explain later, well I'd list them. But first. Why do we do push up in variations?

  1. To target different muscle groups.
  2. To add intensity to pushup.
  3. Muscle confusion. We need to confuse the muscle so it do want get used to one particular type of pushup.
  4. Fight fatigue.
    So, before I digress totally, the pushup variation I'd be talking on first in my next post is PIKES.
