Great stepping ๐Ÿƒ and congratulations ๐ŸŽ‰ on the automaticwin ๐Ÿ™Œ. Your food is looking wonderful ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ‘. Eating a wide range of colors of natural foods is the way to go. And all organic the better, definitely nothing in a packet/processed.
That is what am eating, things as natural as possible and I did cut out sugar and use pink Himalayan salt for seasoning. I am also on the 16/8 intermittent fasting. Sometimes I make it 18/6.

Yes! Colorful foods are healthy clues. I have also been adding pink Himalayan salt to season my salads along with avocado, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. It really does wonders to zest up my salads!

Cutting sugar out is a good move I think. I'm cutting that out as well. Got to eat clean. I like to say, "If you want fighter-jet results then you gotta eat fighter-jet fuel not jumbo-jet fuel."

Fasting has been harder to do but I have been fasting 1 day each month (Except January where I fasted those 3 days) and I think I'm going to keep at that detox strategy.

So yeah Eric! It seems like we are thinking the same ways about our nourishment! Let's booth keep that going! :D
