My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2022

A beautiful late summer day here in the Northern Hemisphere. A little cloudy to start but the sun came out around 11:00… and we had a really nice sunset.

Earlier and earlier each day.

Had a nice walk in the morning and then mowed the lawn over the lunch hour so lots of steps.

13,800 steps = 10 km
