My Actifit Report Card: April 24 2021
Didn’t plan on doing anything today but I was needed so I trod out of bed to make some coin and in term got some well needed exercise. I didn’t do as many steps as I usually do but some stairs are included in here so I believe it was equal to or possibly more than usual in terms of intensity. Tomorrow I will try to start a little jogging 🏃🏿♂️. It’s not something I enjoy by myself but I got to do what I got to do.
I received my health check up results - nothing to worry about too much but there are some things that need to be arrested less they get out of hand.
Drink places will close down tomorrow until may 11th so I decided to treat myself and perhaps in that time avoid the spirits that flow from the bottle. However, that starts tomorrow. Today’s dinner.
