My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2021
Got up early in the morning as usual. It was a day destined to be long and tiresome because I had 5 lessons lined up plus part time work after that.
I had some mixed nuts for brunch that kept me full until about 2pm. For lunch I had a nice bowl of mixed veggies with a hard boiled egg. The challenge with food usually comes late in the evening and when I get home. I believe if I can arrest that craving , I’d see meaningful movement on the scale heading southwards. I got in quite a few steps today. Moreover, I don’t think all the steps taken were recorded because many times I didn’t have the phone with me but it’s best accurate. My feet tell the story of all this walking today, I hope you stay safe wherever you are. Wether you walk ride or drive do so safely and make some IndelibleVibrations.
