My Actifit Report Card: December 12 2022
Most of my steps yesterday came from walking to the beach for my weekly Sunday swim (see picture) and from walking the dog. Lots of more activity not registered on the phone came from cleaning the house. Getting a lot of family visits for Christmas, two whole weeks of visitors living with us. Very nice!
