My Actifit Report Card: May 20 2022
I played a round of disc golf with a couple of local disc golfers that I've played with before. We didn't officially score the round but I had a +3 score and I'm not sure what the other players had. I always enjoy joining up with other players when I get the chance.
It felt like a pretty good score considering that I had a brand new disc and one that I had not thrown for about a year in my bag. I'm trying to get a few more stable discs in my bag for the next tournament.
I was struggling a bit with short distance throws and missing what I usually have been able to make. I think it is partly the wind but there are a lot of factors that make putting difficult. I'll need to use my practice basket for a bit so I can dial in my putts better again. It seems like I putt better with my glasses on but it is kind of pain to play in them all the time.
My new smartphone is arriving next week. It came a lot faster than they were predicting. I'm very excited to try it out.
The moving box from Colorado came today and I've been unloading it. I'll get my son to help out with some of the heavier pieces on Sunday.
