My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2022
Life is not easy so we really have to work hard to fulfill all our needs.
I have completed 5500+ steps today which was not easy for me but i want to become healthy by loosing belly fat and want to look slim and healthy.
I have started walking and using jump rope (skipping) so i can reduce my weigh faster.
I started walking around and now i am used to it and can walk faster and daily using jumping rope to burn my fat.
Actifit motivating me to burn fat and become healthy .
Thank you Actifit for amazing app and platform for all users to get motivated and become healthy and fit .
