My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2022

I went out to do some shopping and also filled the car with fuel as the price is rising some 40 cents a litre now.

Did a late afternoon walk down to this creek and back home.

After dinner I went out for another walk and to use the gym equipment at the local park.
