My Actifit Report Card: December 26, 2021
Today started with a good rain that did not stop till afternoon. Walking was out of the question anyway as today was family day, we had a Christmas lunch, finally. Most of the day was spent with the preparations, so not much sports for today.
Christmas is over now, I need to get back to a normal routine and resume indoor cycling. Need to make and effort, put together a core muscle training plan and stick to it.
