My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2021
Training for today.... No weights :'(. I had planned on it but fate knocked on my door and told me to faff off!
This morning I ran 3 miles, last mile was a jog and run. Later on I Walked 5 miles and pretty much chilled. Legs are fine but I just wanted to chill. Maybe weights tomorrow but we shall seee.
