My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2022

Today I was motivated. I got walking and I added another thousand steps to my daily total. I went to 11,000 simply by just getting out there and moving. I don't know what got into me I walked my usual path but I did a quicker and it was a little bit longer so obviously I was going at a faster pace.
