First full day of having her home... And where is the best place for us to hang out??
Chatting in my bedroom, facing each other, talking until....😴😴😴😴
Hehehe it reminds me of when she was a little girl! Whatever she was doing, it was right next to me.
If we were working on homework...next to me
Drawing, next to me
Brainstorming, next to me
So this morning, we were talking about "stuff" but we both got crazy chilly....
It's been 100+ degrees here lately but today??? Our noses were freezing hahahha
We were out in the kitchen but definitely my bedroom was calling us to go get under the blankets and talk!
So we did ..
And of course, my niece and nephew are missing her like crazy.. so they called to see how she was doing
We started laughing and talking and I grabbed the phone and was saying silly things
The kids were cracking up ..watching us fight and giggle over the phone and....
Whooops!
They watched us both fall right off the bed onto our heads.
They thought we were joking and we're laughing and quickly lost interest.
My daughter and I were literally stuck for 3 minutes trying to get leverage off the floor...laughing ..but in pain lololol
The kids never knew any different...despite our laughing screams. (Of pain) lol
When we finally got back on the bed .. we were kinda exhausted hahahaha
Talked a bit more, got deeper under the covers and before we knew it we were OUT
My husband came home, opened the bedroom door, (waking me up) and just looked at us both and smiled
It has been 7 weeks since we've had her home....I think it felt right as rain for him to walk in on his two girls napping in their favorite spot hehehe
Eventually her friends came to find her... So she left and I got onto my exercise!
